What is a constellation session?

A collaborative workspace to create and edit systemic constellation diagrams.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes — from Settings → Billing & account, or via your subscription emails. Access continues until the end of the current period. Get help with a payment or transaction.

What is Let’s Constellate Flex?

Flex is low-commitment session time. Each purchase adds 2 hours of Flex credits. Unused time stacks when you buy more. To start with Flex credits you need at least 40 minutes on your balance — otherwise you can use a Free limited session or buy more Flex credits. Flex is not Pro (unlimited) and Flex credit purchases are non-refundable.

What is Flex overdraft?

If a Flex credit session runs past your remaining balance, we do not cut you off mid-session. Extra time is recorded as Flex overdraft (like a bank overdraft) — a negative balance you owe. The next time you buy Flex credits, that purchase clears the overdraft first; any remainder is added to your balance. You need a positive balance of at least 40 minutes before you can start another Flex credit session.

Are Flex credits refundable?

No. Flex credits are a one-time purchase of constellation time and are non-refundable once payment completes. See our Refund Policy for Pro subscription refunds.
